seriously, it’s been quite a boringish summer, not how i had imagined the summer of my freshman year being, i should be heading up to lubbock with the boys for the weekend, and july 4th will be spent with the family in dallas. should be an exciting couple of weeks ahead.
since girlfriend is gone for about 97% of the summer, the time that we spend together is few and far between, saddening, i know, but the bright side is that she’ll be at tech with me this fall, and it should be amazing.
i watched nick and norah’s infinite playlist about two weeks ago (so i’m late, get off me), and i am COMPLETELY addicted to the soundtrack. bought it on itunes a few weeks ago and it’s on a steady rotation right now.
speaking of that, even though i won’t be able to make any concerts this summer due to scheduling conflicts, i’m so excited for all of the albums that are coming in the near future. the cab’s ep comes out tomorrow, every avenue should be out soon, as should be mayday parade’s next release, and i’m about one-hundred percent sure that you’re all as excited as i am for nothing personal. the friday night boys new cd has definitely grown on me and it’s on a steady 4 cd playlist on the ‘pod (along with sing it loud, the n&n soundtrack, drake’s “so far gone” mixtape and the friday night boys’ “off the deep end”) on the rap side of things, i also can’t wait for lil wayne’s “rebirth” and drake’s debut.
once i start getting more followers i’ll start doing album reviews(?)
something i’ve always wanted to do :-)
